Client data and assets processed through our digital transformation services remain the sole property of the client.

- Collect data to create a database without written permission.
- Engage in unauthorized linking or framing.
- Bypass security systems, including Zero Trust or encryption protocols.
- Upload malicious software such as viruses or ransomware.
- Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the platform.
4. Term and Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use our services. We reserve the right to deny access, block IP addresses, or terminate accounts at our discretion, especially in cases of violation of these Terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Communal Oriented Services International, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or revenue arising from your use of the platform.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Kenya. You agree that the courts of Kenya shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
